Please join us for PTA Meetings Thursday, February 2nd at 9:15am in the community room and 4:30pm in the Library. We will be discussing our plans for the spring (candy-grams for Valentine’s day, possible Chuck-E-Cheese & bowling nights, Carnival, etc.) and would love as many parents as possible in attendance.

On February 9th, 2012, Fairmont will be participating in Denver’s PJ Day.
During the week of February 6-9, Fairmont, as well as over 25 other Denver Schools, will be holding a Canned Food Drive as part of our participation in this citywide event to end homelessness.
If a student brings in a Food donation item during that week, they will be allowed to wear their pajamas to school on Thursday, 2/9/12.
Each Donation will also earn a Raffle ticket for a PJ related prize to be AWARDED on Thursday.
Students are also encouraged to write essays or draw pictures of “What Home Means to ME” during that week. Any Submisssion will be posted and will also earn a Raffle Ticket. Some entries will be submitted for display at the City’s Evening PJ Party!
